Public registration and paid subscriptions are not yet open. Final service terms, the legal operator, support contact, refund policy, and privacy policy will be published before enrollment opens.

How the workspace uses information

The application stores your email, trademark drafts, evidence, documents, and saved research. Saved API credentials are encrypted on the server. Your workspace is separated from other customer accounts.

When you request research or evaluation, relevant trademark information is sent to the configured research provider. Avoid submitting information you are not authorized to share. AI research may be incomplete or inaccurate and requires independent review.

Service scope

Counselmark is research and preparation software. It does not provide legal representation, submit applications, guarantee registration, or automatically monitor trademark filings or deadlines.
